- Our pumps are designed without metal components whenever possible, allowing the bottle and pump to be recycled together more easily as a single PP material system.

Sustainable Seaweed-Based Packaging Initiative (2026 ~)

In collaboration with research institutions in Korea, we are developing a long-term research initiative focused on next-generation packaging materials derived from seaweed and other sustainable marine bio-resources. Driven by growing concerns surrounding microplastic pollution and the environmental impact of petroleum-based plastics, our goal is to explore seaweed-derived biomaterials that can help reduce dependence on fossil-based packaging materials. By utilizing naturally derived compounds extracted from marine algae, we aim to develop packaging solutions that combine functionality, sustainability, and environmental responsibility. Through this initiative, REFROUT is working toward a future where both our products and the packaging that contains them are inspired by nature and designed with the environment in mind.
